1. Agreement to these terms
By placing an order for, accessing, or using Promise Pages, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the service.
2. What Promise Pages provides
Promise Pages creates personalized digital Christian children’s storybooks using the child details and photo submitted for an order. A completed book is made available through a private reader and library. A print-ready download may also be available when it is included with the purchase.
Promise Pages is a digital product. No physical book or other item is shipped unless a checkout page expressly says otherwise.
3. Your submissions and permission to use them
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, age, pronouns, story choice, email address, and other information you submit.
By submitting a child’s name or photo, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the lawful permission needed to submit and use that information for the storybook. You give Promise Pages permission to process the submitted information and photo only as needed to create, deliver, maintain, and support the ordered product.
Please do not upload a photo or provide personal information if you do not have the right to do so.
4. Personalization and corrections
Personalized production may begin soon after payment confirmation. Contact help@promisepages.com immediately if a submitted name, photo, or other detail is wrong. We will try to make a correction if production has not reached the point where that detail is fixed, but we cannot promise that every late change can be made.
5. Digital delivery and access
You must provide an email address you can access. Order confirmations and access links are delivered electronically. Your completed book is tied to a private customer library and should not be made publicly available.
You are responsible for keeping access links and signed-in devices reasonably secure. If an access link is missing, expired, or not working, visit Support or contact us so we can help verify the purchase and restore access.
6. Personal family use
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access, view, and, where provided, print the storybook for personal family use.
You may not resell, license, publicly post, commercially distribute, alter for resale, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the storybook or service to create a competing product. You may not attempt to access another customer’s library or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
7. Ownership
Promise Pages and its underlying site design, software, branding, story text, layouts, and non-customer-specific materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your ownership of a submitted photo is not transferred to Promise Pages. The personal-use right above applies to your completed personalized storybook.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the reader, library, and delivery systems available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, device limitations, or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally delay production or access. When a paid book is not delivered or has a technical defect, the remedies described in our Refund Policy apply.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
Promise Pages is a family story product and is not professional religious, legal, medical, or educational advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and Promise Pages is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless the law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent to help@promisepages.com or through our Contact Us page.
