Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Promise Pages uses to create, deliver, and support personalized digital storybooks.

Last updated August 8, 2026

1. Information you provide

When you create a preview or place an order, you may provide a child’s first name, age, pronouns, selected story, and one photo. At checkout or when contacting support, you may also provide an adult purchaser’s name, email address, phone number, billing information, order reference, and support message.

Please submit a child’s information only if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have permission to provide it for this purpose.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to create the personalized preview and storybook, connect the purchase to the correct preview, place completed books in the private family library, send order and delivery emails, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems, and maintain records needed to operate the service.

3. Child photos and personalized content

The original uploaded child photo is used to create the preview and purchased story artwork. The service schedules that original source photo for deletion after every purchased story connected to that preview is complete.

Generated previews, personalized illustrations, completed storybooks, private-library records, and order records are separate from the original uploaded photo. They remain available as needed to deliver the purchased product, maintain family-library access, and provide support.

4. Payment information

Payment is completed through a third-party checkout and payment provider. Promise Pages receives transaction and order information needed to confirm payment and fulfill the purchase, but does not ask you to send full card numbers or card security codes by email or through support.

5. Device, attribution, and security data

When you use the site, we may process technical information such as browser and device details, pages viewed, timestamps, referral and campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, approximate network information, and privacy-preserving device or network fingerprints. We use this information to measure paid campaigns, prevent preview abuse, secure the service, and investigate errors.

6. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, storage, personalized-media generation, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and operational support. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and are expected to handle it under their own security and privacy obligations.

7. Sharing and sale of personal information

We do not sell child photos or personalized story content. We may share information with service providers as described above, when required to complete a purchase or provide support, to protect the service and its users, or when disclosure is required by law.

8. Retention and deletion

Different records are kept for different periods. Original source photos follow the deletion process described above. Generated books and library records are retained so the family can access the purchased product. Transaction, email, security, and support records may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

You may contact us to ask about information connected to your purchase or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained when required to deliver an active purchase, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access to personal information and private storybooks. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep private library and access links confidential and contact us if you believe an access link has been exposed.

10. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email help@promisepages.com. Include the adult purchaser’s name, purchase email, and order reference when available. Do not send full card details, passwords, or private access links.
