1. Who operates Promise Pages
Promise Pages is operated by IZILDUR DIGITAL LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Our principal business address is 6001 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to help@promisepages.com.
2. Information you provide
When you create a preview or place an order, you may provide a child’s first name, age, pronouns, selected story, and one photo. At checkout or when contacting support, you may also provide an adult purchaser’s name, email address, phone number, billing information, order reference, and support message.
Please submit a child’s information only if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have permission to provide it for this purpose.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to create the personalized preview and storybook, connect the purchase to the correct preview, place completed books in the private family library, send order and delivery emails, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems, measure advertising, and maintain records needed to operate the service.
4. Child photos and personalized content
The original uploaded child photo is used to create the preview and purchased story artwork. The service schedules that original source photo for deletion after every purchased story connected to that preview is complete.
Generated previews, personalized illustrations, completed storybooks, private-library records, and order records are separate from the original uploaded photo. They remain available as needed to deliver the purchased product, maintain family-library access, and provide support, unless an eligible deletion request is completed.
5. Payment information
Payment is completed through a third-party checkout and payment provider. Promise Pages receives transaction and order information needed to confirm payment and fulfill the purchase. Full card numbers and card security codes are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure checkout and are not requested by Promise Pages through email or support.
6. Device, attribution, and security data
When you use the site, we may process technical information such as browser and device details, pages viewed, timestamps, referral and campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, approximate network information, and privacy-preserving device or network fingerprints. We use this information to measure paid campaigns, prevent preview abuse, secure the service, and investigate errors.
7. Third-party operators and service providers
We engage the following operators to process limited information on our behalf or to provide services directly to the adult purchaser. The operator used can depend on the feature and checkout route.

Production customer and book records are stored within the merchant-managed application environment |

For fonts: ordinary connection data such as IP address and browser information |
| MiniMax | Optional narration and audio generation | Story text and limited personalization contained in the narration script; no payment-card data |
| MundPay / MyCheckoutt | Current hosted checkout and payment processing for applicable routes | Adult purchaser contact, billing and transaction information, order identifiers, attribution identifiers, and payment details entered directly at checkout |
| PayT | Hosted checkout and payment processing for applicable Brazilian routes | Adult purchaser contact, billing, document and address information, transaction information, order identifiers, attribution identifiers, and payment details entered directly at checkout |

| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Advertising measurement, attribution, and campaign performance | Page and purchase events, campaign identifiers, device or browser data, and, where used for matching, hashed adult purchaser contact information. We do not intentionally send child photos or completed story content to Meta |
| Converteai / VTurb | Host and play promotional video on public marketing pages | Ordinary browser and network request information and video-player interaction data. Child personalization pages do not rely on this player |
These operators process information under their own contractual, security, and privacy obligations. We limit the information sent to what is reasonably needed for the stated purpose. We may replace a provider as our systems change and will update this section when the operator list materially changes.
8. Sharing and sale of personal information
We do not sell child photos or personalized story content. We may share information with the operators described above, when required to complete a purchase or provide support, to protect the service and its users, or when disclosure is required by law.
9. Retention and deletion
Different records are kept for different periods. Original source photos follow the deletion process described above. Generated books and library records are retained so the family can access the purchased product. Transaction, email, security, and support records may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Parent or guardian deletion requests: use our dedicated Parental Data and Privacy Request page. It explains how to request deletion of a child’s photo, profile, generated preview, personalized books, or related library content.
Some transaction or security records may need to be retained when required to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, document a refund, or comply with an applicable obligation. We will explain any information that cannot be deleted in our response.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access to personal information and private storybooks. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep private library and access links confidential and contact us if you believe an access link has been exposed.
11. Contact
For privacy questions, email help@promisepages.com. For a child-data access or deletion request, use the dedicated Parental Data and Privacy Request page. Do not send full card details, passwords, or private access links.
