Parental Data and Privacy Request

Submit a request to access, correct, or delete information connected to your child’s Promise Pages story.

Start a request

A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult purchaser may submit a request using the button below. The email is addressed directly to our privacy-support team.

If the button does not open your email application, send the same information to help@promisepages.com with the subject “Parental Data and Privacy Request.”

Information to include

  • Adult purchaser’s full name
  • Email address used for the purchase or preview
  • Order reference, when available
  • Child’s first name
  • Whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or account closure
  • Which records the request covers: original source photo, generated preview, personalized illustrations or books, child profile, family-library content, or all eligible records

Do not send full card details, passwords, government identity documents, or private library links in the first email.

Parent or guardian verification

Before disclosing or deleting information, we verify that the requester controls the adult purchaser email or can provide matching order information. If the available information is not enough, we may ask for a limited additional detail connected to the order. This prevents someone else from accessing or deleting a family’s private content.

What deletion changes

Deleting an original child photo prevents further use of that source image. Deleting generated books, illustrations, a child profile, or library content removes the selected material from future family-library access. Please save any permitted personal copy before requesting deletion if you want to keep it.

Transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records may need to be retained separately. Those retained records are not used to recreate deleted child content. We will identify any category that cannot be deleted in our response.

Response process

  1. We acknowledge the request and locate the relevant account or order.
  2. We verify the requester’s connection to the adult purchaser account.
  3. We confirm the requested scope and explain any effect on library access.
  4. We complete eligible access, correction, or deletion actions and provide a completion response.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. We will contact you if the request is unusually complex or if more information is required.
